Vintage Boho Christmas Table Setting.
Christmas tables can look beautiful without spending a fortune and without buying things that can only be used at Christmas, no glitter charger plates to be seen!
In this video I share with you my vintage Christmas Table, using mismatched vintage china plates, foliage, free trees and beautiful vintage cut glasses. I even manage to squeeze in some of my childhood marbles! 😀😉😂
This table, I think, is beautiful and so cheap and fun to do that you should give it a try.
I below are some more photos of the table so you can see all the details. I would love to know what you think my "Vintage Christmas Thrifted Table" 😀🎄🍽
Thanks so much for watching and of course I hope you have a very Happy Christmas 🎅🎄😘 Rachael
Add depth and therefore interest, and cheesy I know but true, a little bit of magic to your Christmas table by adding layers. Here you can see my vintage marbles in action, so pleased I kept these from when I was a kid!
Make cold metal chairs cosy by adding rugs and blankets over them.
I kept the centre piece small, tiny almost none existent really, as I like to be able to see the person sat opposite me... It is Christmas after all lol.
You can not beat vintage glasses! From beautiful cut glass to every colour in the rainbow, they make the perfect addition to your home all year round and look stunning on your Christmas table. They also add another layer of detail and whilst I don't like "glam glam" they are the perfect amount of Old Hollywood style glamour to me. Who knew I could get so much from a glass hey! Lol.
The whole room, I really love it. I left it dressed until we used it as I loved it so much. Sitting in the arm chair with Olive and reading a book was so cosy and festive.
I love the vintage paper decorations. I had originally bought they to hang on the stairs but the lack of spindles ensured they fell down everyday last year so I used them on the window sill this year. Their is a garland with the same copper fairy light on the window sill too, gotta love a fairy light right!
Last but not least and close up of my Christmas Tree decorations. I love the passport one!
I hope you enjoyed the video and the photos. The most important thing when decorating for Christmas is to have fun! I love doing it, I actually find it relaxing, strange maybe but true.
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE.
